Fimo Sticks & food

I saw this fimo sticks thru Gurl's blog and obviously, I was attracted to it so I purchase it in eBay from HK. It took about a week to reach my place, quite fast. I was so excited when I've received them, opened the packed and stare at it, speak to myself "So, what shall I do with it now?" I don't bling my nails now because I definitely gotta do those house chores and cooking by myself =( It wouldn't last long, I'm afraid. You will probably spend hours & effort fixing your nails, handle those small pieces and then, the next minute, one of them fall off. Damn heart sick, okay.

So, I SLICED them one by one (100 sticks, okay) last night until I couldn't feel both of my fingers! I got to hold them tight because some of them are extreemly tiny which I DON'T KNOW why would they design such tiny pieces! It's so difficult to cut evenly =/

Fimo sticks

Best design
some are just looking so-so but acceptable lah.

Shitty design
I guess is about 30% of them are shitty.

I don't know if I'll ever use them. Just keep loh. wakakaka~

Food Inspirations

It's been awhile since I blog about food.

I've been learning and creating some new dishes recently.

I posted them all in facebook because I lazy to upload them all here. =)

This is Butter Curry Chicken. I've got the recipe from the internet however, most of the ingredients I could not find it here so I replace them with something else. Original recipe of butter chicken I short of are thai chilli and curry leaves. I replaced them with chilli padi and curry powder.

If you wanna try this at home, it's simply easy. My alternative recipe;

Marinate: one table spoon of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, egg white and garlic (2 cloves of pressed) for at least 30 minutes. I've added one teaspoon of cooking wine too. However, this is optional =)
Prepare: Evaporated milk, condensed milk, chilli padi, curry powder, butter and corn starch.
Fry: Coat chicken with corn starch and deep fry them, leave it aside.

Final: Heat butter, saute garlic and chilli padi until fragrant. Add chicken and sprinkle some curry powder, saute for few minutes, add condensed milk. Pour evaporated milk, stir and quickly remove it from the pan because it will evaporated fast.

Tadah~ Serve them above pieces of lettuce.

I love this but my housemate cook this. I din't get to 'steal' his recipe. hahaha. I'll try to cook that someday. Bacon warped with steamed chinese leafs. Yumm yum~

Don't mean to scare you but I have to tell, I burned my arm when frying chickens =/

skin allergy

yeah, look at my face now. It's getting worst so I went to consult doctor today. He gave me some antibiotic and cream to apply. He said it was allergy and probably because of weather change. He even asked me if the facial wash was made in China. LOL! Hope it's fine. heheh..
I never thought my skin would be sensitive because it never happen to me before in my life! That's why I randomly chose Garnier because I thought it's quite well known brand in Malaysia mah. And Sun mention to me about the compensation thingy but I guess I just ignore lah. Since it's in UK when I got inflamation on my skins. But next time, I will do that. hehe.. thanks Sun =)
Probably Garnier has not improve its ingredients or have this 'extraordinary' ingredients. Even my normal not-so-sensitive skin also will kena from inflamation after using it. Next time, careful when you're picking Garnier as your first skin care product.

Gwen's Harajuku Lovers

I bought this kaleidoscope online and I bought the wrong one! Damn it! It's not made of mirrors but duplicate cuts of diamond-square shapes - more like viewing thru a housefly's eyes. It's hard to see the actual kaleidoscope online if only the sellers upload the pictures effect or take every angle of the particular item. I chose these because it's cheaper than the others and fast delivery. hahah... It cost me 4 pound for this piece of shit. I bought it for the sake of my world music project however, as I went thru the process of this project, I found myself interested in kaleidoscope. I did alot of experiments and research and I hoping to get one nice kaleidoscope in store.

The Gwen Stefani's perfume - Harajuku Lovers - LOVE. I bought it from Manda which she bought it in Paris with a good price! Only cost me 16pounds for 30ml perfume. It's damn cute! like it so much! I have to say that it was fate. Ivy told me about this perfume and I was really tempted to get it so much! I din't see it in London tho. I search in the web and told Ivy I like LOVE. I wanted to share this cute stuff so I sent the link to Manda. Surprisingly, she told me she bought it in Paris! And it was LOVE!! She bought it for her friend but din't want to buy it and I said "YES! I WANT!" And here, I got it on my hands today. Happy! =D

Here are the 5 bottles. I wanna add it into my fragrance collection in future! hehe.. I wanna go Pariss~~ buy all 4 bottles! =D maybe will be too much. Maybe I shall just get the first one and the fourth one. So total i have 3 :D
